Peruvian Lilies belong to the genus Alstroemeria. Their funnel-shaped flowers grow in loose clusters at the top of the stem, and resemble lilies or orchids in shape. The flowers have six petals, the inner three of which are often streaked, striped, or spotted with darker colors.
